All surcharges — including Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF), Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF), Port Security Surcharge (PSS), Terminal Handling Charges (THC), and any special handling fees — are disclosed in full at the time of quotation. We do not apply hidden charges.
Every applicable surcharge is disclosed upfront in your quotation — you will never be surprised by an unexpected charge on your invoice.
We negotiate directly with carriers and pass the benefit on to you. Our rates are benchmarked regularly against the market.
